- With no reservations: I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to release
the Canadian Toy Collectors’ Society Inc., the Toy Show Managers and the
Skyway Trade and Conference Center owners and employees for loss or injury
to the exhibitor or his property while on the way to, or on the premises
of the aforementioned Toy Show.
- Security:
The hall is equipped with a state of the art alarm system. No one will have access to the hall
overnight. During setup/show times
you are responsible for watching your own tables.
- Smoking: There
is no smoking allowed in the show hall.
You are welcome to smoke outside.
- Setup Times:
- Sales space:
8 feet by 30 inch tables or 10 feet by 14 foot booths. Table coverings are not supplied but are
highly recommended.
- Table location: The allocation of sales space will be made by
date of receipt of your completed “Contract Part 2” with full
payment. Reserve early to avoid
disappointment.
- Cancellation:
Dealers
who wish to cancel must do so on or before
- Cheques/ Earlybird Rate: This special discount
rate applies only to Contracts postmarked before
- Helper: Your helper must be
registered on the Contract – Part 2 Section H. A helper can not enter the Show Hall
before the dealer. If your helper
is arriving later leave the badge at the front desk. Helpers must pick up their own
badges. No badges will be given out
blank. Only the dealer can add a
helper to the Contract. Only one
vendor and one helper will be permitted per dealer space without the
express written permission of the Toy Show Managers. The privileges of set up time are only
for those persons participating in the Toy Show. This will be strictly enforced. If other persons wish to enter, “”Floor
Trading” privileges will apply and have to be paid for. All persons on the trading floor must
wear authorized
- Pricing:
All items for sale must have the price clearly marked. Only toys and related playthings and
reference books on associated subjects will be accepted. All dealers are subject to the approval
of the Toy Show Managers and the CTCS Board of Directors.
- Sales Taxes:
Federal and provincial taxes are to be collected. The Canadian Toy Collectors’ Society and
its Toy Show Managers assume no responsibility for these taxes. It is the responsibility of each dealer
to collect the taxes and to obtain the necessary permit.
- Refusal:
The
Canadian Toy Collectors’ Society and its Toy Show Managers reserve the
right to refuse acceptance of any individual or company from participating
in “
